We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2017 QCF Philanthropist of the Year Awards, celebrating Queenslanders who have made outstanding contributions to charities and community organisations.

QCF Philanthropy Week 2017 celebrated raising awareness of philanthropy in Queensland, honoured community members and organisations who make outstanding philanthropic contributions, and encouraged support for charities and community organisations operating throughout Queensland.

Michael Traill AM, author of Jumping Ship and creator of the Goodstart non-profit syndicate, gave an inspiring speech to the 400 guests gathered at the Brisbane Hilton for the awards ceremony, the flagship event of QCF Philanthropy Week from 9 – 16 June 2017.
