Queensland Community Foundation provides a cost-effective and simple mechanism to support charity. All donations are pooled and invested with the income distributed for the purposes outlined in the letter of application.

There are no establishment fees and all donations are tax deductible. All sub-funds are to be used for charitable purposes. The capital, comprising donated funds, cannot be accessed for administrative purposes. The Public Trustee charges 6% of income earned from a sub-fund as a trustee’s fee.
