As Queensland Community Foundation’ CEO she drives the organisation forward by representing Queensland Community Foundation to government, corporates and individuals building partnerships and connecting groups that she knows will do great work together. She is the strategic force behind the organisation with a firm eye on ensuring that Queensland Community Foundation remains at the forefront of giving within our state for generations to come.
Seana Osbourne, Grants & Distributions Manager
Seana is our resident expert on grants and distribution while keeping us organised and on track with the latest distribution and social impact data at hand. Seana is also responsible for keeping two boards and six regional committees’ running smoothly and adhering to best-practice governance protocols. Seana is the glue that keeps the team running. Kelli Nasser, Administration Officer
Kelli Nasser is the Administration Officer at Queensland Community Foundation, keeping the organisation running smoothly behind the scenes. As the backbone of our daily operations, she also provides vital support for the Queensland Community Foundation Board of Governors and the Queensland Community Foundation Board of Directors and manages the many details that keep us organised. With four teenagers at home, Kelli is a true super mum who somehow balances it all with humour and grace. Her calm efficiency and can-do attitude help keep the entire Queensland Community Foundation team in check.
Louis Loucaides MFIA, Fundraising and Philanthropy Manager
Louis is a fundraising and relationship specialist, he has been working in the charity sector for nearly two decades across the United Kingdom and for the last 10 years in Australia. He has a wealth of fundraising agency and charity experience and is responsible for growing the Queensland Community Foundation General Fund and other charity / cause based sub funds, supporting fundraising for private and public funds and growing the Queensland Community Foundation presence. Cathy is the newest member of the Queensland Community Foundation team, bringing a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and storytelling. With a background leading brand strategy and large-scale campaigns for some of Australasia’s biggest media organisations, Cathy has a passion for connecting people to purpose.
At Queensland Community Foundation, she applies that passion to inspiring philanthropy across the state—helping share the stories of those who give, and the communities they support. Cathy oversees marketing, communications, and events that bring Queensland’s giving spirit to life.
